CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To take the best care of your new childhoods pieces, wash inside out on cold in a delicate cycle.  Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Phosphate free detergent is best to retain quality.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] for an exchange, return, or shop credit.  After 7 days, returns can only be accepted for shop credit.  After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges with the exception of damaged or defective items. All return or exchange shipping + handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
All sales are final on sale items.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 60 days of receiving your items. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to [email protected] and our customer service team will help you.

Due to us not being able to verify if the item washing instructions were followed; once an item has been washed it is considered FINAL SALE and is ineligible to return for a refund.

SHIPPING
Domestic shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of order via USPS. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-6 business days from shipped date, excluding holidays. Customer will be sent a tracking number in an email when the shipping label prints. Please allow 12-14 hours for tracking to begin to update.
USPS has been experiencing delays and we cannot guarantee ship times.  We do our best to get items out quickly but if there is a hold up due to USPS we do not take responsibility.
 
International shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS First Class International Mail.  Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be emailed to the customer when the shipping label prints. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking to begin to update. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from ship date for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs or otherwise.  
Childhoods Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages.
Note that our fulfillment center will often combine multiple orders into one package for efficiency purposes.
